NOTES:
- The non-refundable deposit includes all costs associated with the processing of the application, including up to three (3) visits to the site, if necessary, by the Public Works Departmental Official. An additional $50 fee will be charged for each additional site visit that is required as a result of changes to the application by the Applicant. The additional fee shall be paid before the additional site visit is scheduled.
- The Entrance Inquiry fee will be deducted from the Entrance Permit Application fee, if the full Entrance Permit Application is submitted by the same Applicant, within one-year of the Entrance Inquiry Application.
