The Lanark Animals Welfare Society (LAWS) is an independent no-kill shelter. All animals in the shelter's care are cared for until a suitable home, whether it be a permanent home or foster home, is found.

Kennels
Commercial or Hobby Kennels are subject to an annual licensing fee with Tay Valley Township. The fee is $50.00. If you wish to acquire or renew a Kennel license, please contact the Municipal Office.
