If you are coming from Ottawa, Tay Valley is about an hour from downtown via Highway 417. When heading west on Hwy 417, take exit 145 onto Highway 7. Follow Hwy 7 to Perth and continue west to Tay Valley.
If you are coming from Peterborough, Tay Valley is about a two hour drive on Highway 7. Follow Hwy 7 to Sharbot Lake, and continue East to Tay Valley.
From Hwy 401, take the exit for County Road 10 (Perth Road) at Kingston. It’s a beautiful 1 hour drive north through landscapes speckled with lakes, villages and natural wilderness.
