Some important tips to prepare for summer and wildfire season are:

1. Obey burn bans: Pay attention to local regulations and refrain from outdoor burning during periods of high fire danger or when burn bans are in effect.  If there is a burn ban in effect, it will be posted on the main page of the Township’s website.
2. Properly dispose of ashes, coals, and smoking materials: Make sure ashes and coals from fireplaces, stoves, and outdoor grills and campfires are completely extinguished before disposing...
