Tay Valley is proud to be partnering with Jeela Jones, again in 2025. Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai Chi originated as an ancient martial art in China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion and rehabilitation.
Join Jeela from Black Raven Tai Chi once a month to Learn and Refresh Your Practice! Registration is $20 and includes all four classes.

Perth & District Union Library Social Club, for neurodivergent young people from 16 to 30, will be running Fridays, 2:30-4:30pm, from March 21st - April 25th (with a break for Good Friday) at the Perth & District Library (30 Herriott St Perth ON).
