Javier teaches lessons at the Carleton Tennis Centre, Manotick Tennis Club, and the Perth and Tay Tennis Club. Don’t miss your opportunity to learn from a local best and his team in Maberly!

Household Hazardous Waste Depot 2025
The Middleville Household Hazardous Waste Depot will open for the season on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, (Victoria Day weekend until October 11th, 2025) and is located at 4686 Wolf Grove Road. It is available for Lanark Highlands and Tay Valley Township residents only. Proof of identification may be requested by Technicians.
Household Hazardous Waste Depot Hours of Operation 2025:
Mondays 3:00 pm to 6:00pm
Wednesdays 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturdays 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Tai Chi is a practice that involves a series of slow gentle movements and physical postures, a meditative state of mind, and controlled breathing. Tai Chi originated as an ancient martial art in China. Over the years, it has become more focused on health promotion and rehabilitation.
