HOLIDAY HOURS - MUNICIPAL OFFICE
The Municipal Office will be CLOSED from December 23rd until December 29th and will re-open December 30th from 8:30am until 4pm, December 31st from 8:30am until 12pm and CLOSED on January 1st, 2025 - reopening to regular business hours on January 2nd, 2025 from 8:30am until 4pm.
Reminder - There will be no water testing drop offs during this time.

Tay Valley Township will transition to the new Blue Box Regulation on January 1st, 2025. Blue Box Materials will now be collected in 2-streams, rather then the current 5-stream.

Tax Arrears and the Postal Strike
With the current mail disruption, Tax Arrears Letters will NOT be mailed out.
Those in arrears would have already received an October and a November arrears letter indicating the amounts due.
If you have not paid that amount owing, or are unsure if you have an amount owing on your taxes, you can:

Tay Valley Township Approves 2025 Budget: Includes Increased OPP Costs, Pay Equity and Compensation Review for Staff, and Transfers to Reserves.
At its meeting on December 10th, 2024, Tay Valley Township Council gave final approval to the Township’s 2025 budget.
