Property owners in Ontario are required to support a school board, even if they do not have children or their children are not currently attending school. In the case of a residential property occupied by tenants, the tenants can direct the school support for that property. By default, school support is directed to your municipality’s English Public School Board.

Looking for a ride? Rural Frontenac Community Services in partnership with Lanark County, has just launched a community carpool website!
Signing up and using the website is easy!
Step 1: Go to https://www.communitycarpool.ca/
Step 2: Register by filling out the registration form.
Step 3: Let someone know you have available carpool space by using the "Post a Ride" form or hitch a ride with someone by visiting the "View Rides" tab.
This program is in the early stages and feedback would be appreciated....
