Embrace your inner yogi with a 15-minute mini yoga session with the Townships Yoga Instructor, Alexis Scott. Join all four sessions, if you like! A great way to introduce yourself to yoga or to stretch yourself into a positive feeling for the rest of the day! 

Mini Yoga Session Scheduled:

• 12:00 p.m. – 12:15 p.m.
• 12:30 p.m. – 12:45 p.m.
• 1:00 p.m. – 1:15 p.m.
• 1:30 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. 

Noelle Reeve, the Township Planner will be available from 11:00am – 1:00pm to answer your questions on the Better Homes Lanark Initiative. A program designed to help you to improve your home’s energy efficiency and save on energy bills. Better Homes Lanark offers low-interest loans for single-family homeowners within Lanark County to complete deep home energy retrofits.
