Glen Tay Outdoor Rink is Ready!

Glen Tay Outdoor Rink is OPEN!

The outdoor rink at Glen Tay is open so grab your skates and head on out! Hockey nets have also been placed there for use, please remove them from the ice surface when you are done with them.

We ask that you please watch the weather as warmer temperatures may make the ice to soft to skate on.

The Municipal Office will be CLOSED at Noon on Friday, December 22nd 2023 and will re-open at 8:30am on Tuesday, January 2nd 2024.

Reminder - There will be no water testing drop offs during this time.

Here are the highlights from the Lanark County Council meeting held Dec. 13, 2023.

Entering Recruitment Agreement for Lanark Lodge: Council has authorized staff to enter into an agreement with Allison Jones Consulting Services Inc. to coordinate the recruitment of up to 15 internationally trained health-care workers at an average per-candidate cost of $4,000 and approximate total cost of $60,000 plus taxes.
