In June 2003 Council adjusted its Committee of the Whole meeting schedule from a topic specific meeting format (ie. Public Works, Community Services, Community Development, Corporate Services) to a format where agenda items will be determined by priority status.   

Persons wishing to be heard before a committee shall notify the Clerk by Thursday at 12 noon the week before the committee meeting so that, in consultation with the chairperson, the Clerk may make proper time allocation on the committee's agenda.
