or indirectly. While not an exhaustive list, they offer answers to the

frequently asked questions. Please review and govern yourself
accordingly. The by-laws have been passed and fines for contravention may
be payable. If you have read a by-law and still have questions, please
call the Township office and ask to speak with the Clerk.

Draft By-laws
Tay Valley Township Council encourages public
input in local government. Where most by-laws are simply administrative or
affect only certain specific land holdings, others have broad implications for
all rate payers. Broad scope by-laws are posted here in draft stage for
your review. Your input is most welcome.
